Refund Policy

1. Try before you pay

Pro starts with a 30-day free trial. Cancel any time before it ends and no payment is taken. The trial is 30 days rather than 14 for a technical reason: drift scoring compares the last seven days of production traffic against the seven before, so a shorter trial would end before the feature you are evaluating has anything to show you.

2. 14-day money-back guarantee

If you are charged and decide ServeX Guard is not for you, email mahdielaimani@gmail.com within 14 days of the charge and we refund it in full. No justification needed. You keep access until the end of the period already paid for, then the account reverts to Free.

3. Renewals after that window

Monthly subscriptions renew automatically. A renewal charge more than 14 days old is not normally refunded. Cancel before the renewal date to avoid it, and cancellation takes effect at the end of the period you have already paid for. We do not pro-rate part-months.

Two exceptions where we refund regardless of the 14 days:

• A charge you did not intend: a duplicate, or a renewal on an account you had told us to cancel. Tell us and we return it.
• A sustained failure on our side: if the Service was materially unavailable for a significant part of a billing period, we refund or credit that period at your choice.

4. How to cancel

• Cancel from the subscription-management link in any Paddle receipt email, or
• Email mahdielaimani@gmail.com and we cancel it for you.

We confirm every cancellation by email. If you do not receive that confirmation, assume it did not go through and contact us.

5. How refunds are paid

Paddle is our merchant of record, so refunds are issued by Paddle.com Market Ltd to the original payment method. Banks typically take 5–10 business days to show the credit. Any VAT or sales tax Paddle collected is returned with it.

Our Paddle account is currently registered under the trading name Plena Event, so your card statement and invoice may show that name rather than ServeX Guard. Same seller, same business. Please do not report it as an unrecognised charge. If anything looks wrong, email us first and we will sort it out.

You can also raise a refund request directly with Paddle from your receipt, at paddle.net.

6. Enterprise agreements

Annual and Enterprise contracts are governed by their signed order form, which takes precedence over this page.

7. Your statutory rights

Nothing here limits rights you have by law. Consumers in the EEA and UK keep their statutory cancellation and refund rights; where those give you more than this policy, they apply.

8. The free tier costs nothing

The Free plan and the open-source CLI require no payment, so nothing about them is refundable. The CLI stays yours under Apache 2.0 whatever happens to your subscription.
